Treasures-In-The-Attic.jpgValuers from Bonhams Auctioneers will be at Chiltern Open Air Museum next Tuesday 16 September from 4pm - 8pm to value antiques brought along by members of the public.
Guy Haskell and his team from Bonhams Auctioneers in Henley are generously supporting this charity by donating the proceeds of the event to the Museum.

Patron Eric Knowles started this fundraising event on behalf of the Museum two years ago and it has attracted a lot of interest from the local community. Some wonderful treasures have been brought along for the experts' attention.
One year an elderly lady brought along a hand written book with gold bindings which her father had produced for her mother. It was valued at £1000 but was a piece of priceless family history to the owner!
Tickets are priced at £5 per adult to include one valuation with additional valuations priced at £3 each and children are £2 entry between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm.
Visitors can purchase tickets in advance by ringing the Museum Office on 01494 871117 or visiting the Museum web site www.coam.org.uk for further details.
