This is a list of the latest planning applications registered at Chiltern District Council.

CH/2008/1641/FA: Construction of new vehicular access and erection of new entrance gates and piers at 3 - 4 Twitchells Cottages, Twitchells Lane for Mrs Z Garner-Glowski.
CH/2008/1952/FA: Erection of barn for the storage of hay at Turners Wood Farm, Turners Wood Drive for Mr And Mrs Pianta.
CH/2009/0048/HB: Single storey rear extension and conversion of existing integral garage to habitable accommodation incorporating raised roof lantern and internal alterations (amendment to CH/2008/1073/HB) at 2 The Green, Seer Green Lane for Mr And Mrs James Bell.
