Special screening of Sea Biscuit

Fans of 'Iron Man' star Jeff Bridges and Tobey Maguire (of 'Spiderman' fame) can see them together in the film 'Sea Biscuit', to be shown in The Reading Room, Chalfont St Giles at 6.30pm on Saturday, January 17.
The screening is the brainchild of Churches Together in Chalfont St Giles and the film, which tells the true story of a much loved racehorse, was chosen by the Rev Tim Stacey, vicar of the parish church.

Janet Whitehurst of Churches Together said: "This is one of a series of on-going events we are organising, We wanted to invite anyone who wants to come and there will be a short discussion afterwards about how we can compare the challenges of our everyday lives with this film."
Mrs Whitehurst said it promised to be an enjoyable evening, with free wine, soft drinks, popcorn and peanuts.
