ORGANISERS of this year's Chalfont St Peter Feast Day celebrated the extraordinary success of the event with a special reception.
This year, the village's Chamber of Commerce and parish council combined to bring back the event, which dates back to medieval times.
A CHALFONT St Giles man has completed the trip of a lifetime by climbing to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Jazz Rayet has recently returned from the gruelling climb, having walked to Uhuru Peak, which, at 5,895m is the highest point of the Tanzanian mountain.
